Amy Roberts is a results-driven business development executive and licensed esthetician with over 25 years of experience leading sales, product innovation, and brand expansion across the medical aesthetics, wellness, and biotech sectors. As Chief Development Officer at Advanced Wellness, she has built a reputation for transforming startups into nationally recognized brands and scaling multi-channel product distribution both domestically and internationally.
With a unique ability to blend visionary strategy with operational execution, Amy has successfully launched and led revenue-generating initiatives for a wide range of companies, including global brands in skincare, regenerative medicine, and CBD. Her leadership has driven exponential growth — including increasing revenues from $1M to $22M per year — and developed national distributor networks that positioned partner brands for long-term success.
Amy’s expertise spans strategic sales development, global e-commerce, product formulation, brand identity, and education platform design. She is known for building top-performing sales teams, creating compelling go-to-market strategies, and driving customer engagement through storytelling and education.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Amy also served as the Founder & CEO of Reign Together, a wellness-focused brand launched from the ground up and distributed globally. She has also served in executive capacities for brands like Sanitas Skincare, Ya-Man USA, Dakota Biotech, and Scientis Pharma, where she played a key role in expanding market presence and brand awareness across the U.S.
Amy studied Interpersonal and Public Communications at Central Michigan University and is a certified esthetician with advanced training in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Salesforce, and Situational Leadership.
